Brand new item from Bacardi Rum.  Black plastic napkin holder with a classic Bacardi logo and name on the front panels.  Napkin, straw, stirrer, swizzel stick holder.  3 compartments in all.  One large compartment for beverage napkins....measures approximately 5 inches by 5 inches.  The other 2 side compartments are triangular - measuring approximately 4 inches by 3 inch by 3 inches.  The caddy stands approximately 5.25 inches tall....8 inches wide at the widest point.....6.75 inches deep at the deepest point.  Unique shape...5 sided.  An interesting feature to this is the bottom has a base that is just over 4 inches wide.....this allows the base to fit into your bar rail/gutter....and the front of the napkin holder protrudes out on to the bar surface....and the opening in the back allows easy access to the napkins.
